Every so often I read a book or an article that I can't get out of my mind for a while. Sometimes those readings make my head spin and make me susceptible to using LSD, but more often they simple enlighten me and give me quality time while I read them. I will add them here as I read them, so keep checking this page.
It will be fair to mention that I link some of the books to Amazon -- if you purchase those books by following the link, it will add up a few pennies to my account there. Enough pennies, and they send me a book from my wishlist.

- An interview with Ratko Radivojević in Feral Tribune. Radivojević is a director and actor in a theatre from Novi Sad. What’s so special about it? The theater is on a boat and floats from one place to another via Danube, Sava, Tisa, etc. I’m a big fan of amateur acting, and “Brod Teatar” (Boat Theater) involves the local community as much as possible. The interview is in Serbo-Croatian.

- A Star Called Henry (The Last Roundup)
— Roddy Doyle demystifies the Irish independence movement following the 1916 Easter Rising. The book touches on one of the fundamental issues of modern patriotism and nationalism: “corruption” is a term used to make the masses believe that there is also “honesty” and “national interest” in politics. This book is a great read, both for the way how it’s written and what messages it conveys.
- Gotz and Meyer
— I read this book by David Albahari, an excellent Serbian novelist, a while ago, but it’s important to keep recommending it. Belgrade was the first Judenfrei city in Europe and Albahari “tricks” the reader into telling the story of Nazi executioners.
